The European Federation of Academies of Sciences (ALLEA) in 11 th of November 2019 published a position paper entitled “The Need for Intellectual Property Rights Strategies at Academic Institutions” which highlights the importance of intangible asset management with due regard for intellectual property rights and makes recommendations to scientific and European organisations and national legislators.
