HR Excellence in Research – Zespół ds. wdrożenia zasad Europejskiej Karty Naukowca

Narodowy Instytut Geriatrii, Reumatologii i Rehabilitacji od 2016 jest w gronie podmiotów badawczych wyróżnionych znakiem logo HR Excellence in Research.

W związku z wyróżnieniem, nadanym przez Komisję Europejską, Instytut, powołał Zespół ds.wdrożenia zasad Europejskiej Karty Naukowca.

Zadaniem Zespołu jest wdrażanie postanowień Europejskiej Karty Naukowca i Kodeksu Postępowania przy rekrutacji pracowników naukowych do obowiązujących w Instytucie wewnętrznych aktów prawnych, procedur i stosowanych praktyk oraz określenie zasad ścieżki kariery naukowej.

The National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation has been awarded the HR Excellence in Research logo since 2016.

In connection with the award, granted by the European Commission, the Institute has established a Team for the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers.

The task of the Team is to implement the provisions of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers to internal legal acts, procedures and practices in force at the Institute and to define the principles of the scientific career.
