Dear All,

The increasing amount of visits of medical representatives in certain clinics of the National Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Institute led to impediments to the work of these units. Therefore the Director and the heads of the clinics and departments set a limit of 2 meetings of this kind per week per unit. Following procedure applies to improve and simplify the way of making appointments:
The medical representative contacts the head of the clinic or the department to arrange an optimal date of the meeting;
After setting a date with the head of the clinic or the department, the medical representative is addressing the Director of the Institute requesting his/her approval (via e-mail at: spotkania@spartanska.pl).
After getting the Directors permission, the meeting takes place as agreed.
In order to facilitate communication, please submit your requests addressed to the Director of the National Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Institute at least two days before the planned meeting.
